IT Manager/Incident Manager - MS Dynamics CRM - Swindon Required for a logistics company based in the United Kingdom. My client is looking for an experienced IT Manager to come on board to take charge and lead a team of 8 people who are responsible for warehouse management, IT services, transport systems as well as understanding the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This role will be based in Swindon however some travel to Stroud and Andover should be expected. Key Skills Required: Background using MS Dynamics CRM/365 from an end user perspective and supporting the workflows, custom entities & business rules. Experience resolving high priority tickets that have been escalated from customer as well as operations staff. Incident Management & to co-ordinate the team and priorities Greta interpersonal skills and ability to manage a small team Stakeholder management skills Clear verbal and written communications.
